GAME RULES

Welcome to Fung Wan Online! These Game Rules are designed to ensure a fair, competitive, and enjoyable experience for all players. By playing the Game, you agree to follow these rules at all times. Violations of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspension, permanent ban, or legal action.

IMPORTANT: These rules are in addition to our Terms of Service. All players are expected to familiarize themselves with both documents before playing.

1. Respect Others

• Treat all players with respect and courtesy
• Use appropriate language in public channels
• Help new players learn the game
• Cooperate with Game Masters (GMs) when asked

2. Prohibited Actions

• Spamming in chat channels
• Impersonating staff members or other players
• Sharing personal information (yours or others)
• Advertising third-party services or websites
• Disrupting gameplay for other players intentionally
• Creating offensive or inappropriate character names

1. Player vs Player (PvP) Guidelines

• PvP is allowed in designated areas unless explicitly stated as safe zones
• No griefing lower-level players in PvP areas
• Combat outside of designated PvP zones is considered harassment
• Teaming with multiple players against a single player repeatedly is discouraged

2. Combat Fair Play

• No exploiting terrain or mechanics for unfair advantages
• Do not logout during PvP to avoid death
• Do not use glitches or bugs to gain combat advantages
• Camping teleport points to PK (Player Kill) is not allowed

Cheating results in PERMANENT BAN - NO WARNINGS!

Strictly Prohibited:

• Using third-party programs, hacks, bots, or scripts
• Using macros or automation tools
• Speed hacking, teleport hacks, or movement exploits
• Damage or stat manipulation
• Using unapproved game modifications
• Exploiting bugs for personal gain and not reporting them
• Using memory editors or packet manipulation

Allowed Trading:

• In-game trading through official game systems
• Trading items for in-game currency
• Guild/clan item sharing
• Marketplace transactions

Prohibited Trading (RMT - Real Money Trading):

• Selling accounts, characters, items, or currency for real money
• Buying in-game items or currency with real money from third parties
• Trading in-game items for items/services outside the game
• Exchanging in-game currency or items for cryptocurrency
• Power-leveling services for real money

Account Safety Rules:

• Keep your password secure and never share it with anyone
• Do not share your account with other players
• Use strong, unique passwords
• Enable two-factor authentication if available
• Never click suspicious links or download unknown files
• Never use the same password for the game and other services

Guild Management:

• Guild leaders are responsible for their members' conduct
• Guild names must follow character naming guidelines
• No stealing from guild banks or resources
• Guild wars and alliances are player-driven
• Do not use multiple accounts to control guilds

Member Conduct:

• Members should contribute to guild activities
• Respect guild hierarchy and leadership decisions
• No guild hopping to steal items or information
• Report violations by other guild members to leadership

Prohibited Names:

• Offensive, racist, or discriminatory language
• Sexual, vulgar, or inappropriate content
• Impersonating staff members (e.g., "GM_Name", "Admin_Player")
• Real-world religious, political, or controversial figures
• Names attempting to defame or harass other players
• Advertisements or promotional content
• Using excessive special characters or symbols

Multiple Characters:

• Multiple characters per account are allowed
• You may not use multiple characters to bypass bans or restrictions
• No multi-boxing (playing multiple accounts simultaneously)

Chat Channels:

• Use appropriate channels for different types of communication
• Trade channels are for legitimate trade offers only
• General chat should remain friendly and constructive
• Keep help and support channels free of spam

Prohibited in Chat:

• Spam, flooding, or excessive repetition
• Harassment, threats, or bullying
• Discrimination or hate speech
• Personal attacks or doxxing
• Spreading false information or rumors
• Advertising other games or services

Violation Severity:

If you witness a player violating these rules, please report it immediately through one of the following methods:

• In-Game: Use the report system or contact a Game Master (GM)
• Email: support@fungwan-online.com
• Support Ticket: Submit through the official website

Provide screenshots or evidence when possible. False reports are also punishable.

If you believe you have been falsely accused or wish to appeal a penalty:

• Submit an appeal email to support@fungwan-online.com
• Include your account username and character name
• Explain your side of the situation clearly
• Provide any evidence that supports your case

All appeals are reviewed by senior staff members. Permanent bans for cheating/hacking are generally not appealable.

These rules are subject to change at any time. It is your responsibility to stay informed.
