TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Fung Wan Online ("the Game", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of our online gaming platform. By accessing or using the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Game.

By creating an account, installing, accessing, or using Fung Wan Online, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Game.

If you are accessing the Game on behalf of a minor, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and that you accept full responsibility for that minor's use of the Game.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Each user is permitted to create only one account
• Account sharing, selling, or transferring is strictly prohibited

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

4.1 Cheating and Exploitation

• Using cheats, exploits, bots, scripts, or automated programs
• Using third-party software that provides unfair advantages
• Manipulating game mechanics or glitches for personal gain
• Using tools to automate gameplay or gain unfair progression

4.2 Harassment and Inappropriate Behavior

• Harassing, threatening, or intimidating other players
• Using offensive, discriminatory, or hateful language
• Creating content that is offensive, obscene, or inappropriate
• Impersonating Game Masters, administrators, or other players

4.3 Real Money Trading (RMT)

• Selling or purchasing in-game items, currency, or accounts for real money
• Engaging in any form of real money trading (RMT)
• Buying gold, items, or power-leveling services from third parties

You acknowledge that all virtual items, characters, currency, and other in-game assets have no real-world value and exist solely within the Game. All in-game content, including but not limited to characters, items, currency, and virtual property, is the exclusive property of Fung Wan Online.

You do not own these virtual items; you have a limited, non-transferable license to use them in accordance with these Terms. This license may be terminated at any time at our sole discretion.

Fung Wan Online may offer in-game purchases and virtual currency. By making a purchase, you understand that:

• All sales are final unless required by law
• Virtual currency has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real money
• Virtual items are non-transferable between accounts
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any in-game features
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Severe or repeated toxic behavior
• Extended account inactivity (subject to our retention policy)

Important: Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and all associated virtual property. We are not obligated to provide any refund or compensation for terminated accounts.

We reserve the right to modify, update, maintain, or discontinue any part of the Game at any time without notice. This includes but is not limited to:

• Adding or removing features, items, or content
• Implementing server maintenance or updates
• Adjusting game balance, mechanics, or economy
• Enforcing new gameplay rules or policies

We are not liable for any losses or damages resulting from such modifications.

All content, features, and functionality of Fung Wan Online, including but not limited to software, graphics, text, logos, images, music, and sound effects, are the exclusive property of Fung Wan Online and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Game or any content included therein. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game or attempt to extract the source code.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fung Wan Online and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data, characters, items, or virtual currency
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Interruption of service or gameplay
• Security breaches or unauthorized access
• Any other damages arising from your use of the Game

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Game.

Your use of the Game is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Game, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. Please read the Privacy Policy carefully.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Material changes will be communicated through the Game or via email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Game after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must immediately stop using the Game and terminate your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fung Wan Online operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Game shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE, UNDERSTAND THEM, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THEM. YOU FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THESE TERMS CONSTITUTE A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND FUNG WAN ONLINE.
